DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Maintain and update employee records in system.
- Manage for employee confirmation, promotion, transfer, redesignation.
- Handle employee complaints, conflicts, and disputes, providing appropriate resolutions.
- Conduct employee onboarding and exit interviews.
- Assist in managing employee conduct issues such as attendance irregularities, absenteeism, and disciplinary cases.
- Draft and issue HR-related documents, including warning letters, show cause letters, suspension letters, and termination notices.
- Follow up on performance improvement plans (PIP) for underperforming employees; assist department managers in developing corrective actions and monitor implementation progress.
- Maintain proper documentation and control lists for all employee-related letters.
- Ensure all employee relations processes comply with company policies and local labor laws.
REQUIREMENT
- At least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of IRER experience.
- Multi-tasking and positive working attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to speak multiple language such as Malay, English. Able to speak in Mandarin will be preferred as to liaise Mandarin speaking managements.
