DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Maintain and provide an organized and accessible file system or data to help the sales team · Review and remind the sales team about pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service · Correspondence with principal to expedite requests orders · Control parts orders, shipping, and available stocks as needed · Check the part number carefully and ensure to make a sales offer with the correct part number.
REQUIREMENT

· D3/S1, fresh graduated are welcomed to apply · Good Command in English and basic Mandarin · Attention to details and administrative skills · Computer literacy, good communication skill & teamwork · Have a driver license (A/C) is an advantage · Head Office: Jakarta Pusat
