REQUIREMENT
Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in sales or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone. Strong typing skills, able to reply customer fast and on time. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present our services and convince potential customers. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and remotely. Familiarity with Google drive and proficiency in using technology for call management and record-keeping. Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and necessary equipment to work from home effectively. Must be able to turn on the camera via Google Meet during working hours for attendance and performance monitoring purpose. Must be able to work from Monday to Saturday
