DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and sales activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, doctors, and customers
Promote and sell aesthetic products (medical devices/beauty products)
Collaborate with Principals (local/international) to define marketing strategies, sales targets, and distribution plans
Develop target segmentation, product positioning, and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
Conduct regular visits to KOL doctors/clinics, including product presentations and trials
Execute marketing activities such as scientific symposiums, workshops, and round table discussions
Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing activity reports
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other related Science fields Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in the aesthetic/medical industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented and results-driven Willing to Travel
