DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Promote and develop sales opportunities in the assigned market, focusing on identifying new business opportunities. Create awareness of the company’s products through technical seminars, presentations, and other activities to increase market visibility. Collaborate with the Technical Department when needed for technical support to customers or prospects. Ensure that the CRM system is actively used for managing daily sales activities, including tracking customer data, opportunities, and communications. Implement the Sales Effectiveness Programmed (SEP) to ensure daily activities are aligned with sales targets in the designated area. Develop and maintain assigned customer base and territory, ensuring the growth of active customers and managing the customer lifecycle. Provide solutions that support business growth and help customers with their needs. Expand contacts through visits, calls, meetings, and other sales activities. Ensure all information is accurately recorded in the CRM system. Regularly update reports, including visit reports, 20-day planners, and opportunity pipelines in the CRM system. Prepare and negotiate quotations, and successfully close sales within the assigned area by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards. Foster a positive work environment by maintaining a fair, democratic, and good working atmosphere within the team Take charge of complex sales opportunities, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the sales process.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Experience: 2-3 years in outside sales or field sales with a focus on market development, customer relationship management, and sales target achievement. Ability to present and negotiate with clients in a professional manner. Familiar in cable or automation industry would be an advantage Proven knowledge of sales techniques such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Experience with CRM systems like C4C, Salesforce, or similar platforms to track leads, opportunities, and customer data. Experience with technical products or services and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued. Good command in English
