DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies that align with the company's business objectives Manage the general affairs department, ensuring efficient administrative support and procurement of resources Coordinate with department heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities Lead a team of HR and general affairs professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations Contribute to the overall business strategy by providing HR-related insights and recommendations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager or in a senior HR leadership role Extensive knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices Proven track record of successfully leading HR and general affairs teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
