DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to purchase order issuance.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure accuracy of all procurement documentation.
Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements when necessary.
Analyze purchasing data and generate regular reports on cost savings and procurement activities.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Support cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the procurement function.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior level). Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships. Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
