DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and maintain Pajakku’s server, network, and operating system infrastructure Ensure the reliability of data centers, network infrastructure, and backup/recovery operations Oversee and maintain database systems and ensure proper data backup and restoration procedures Supervise and monitor software and database modifications to meet operational needs Collaborate with data center providers for maintenance, configuration, and physical setup activities Monitor system performance and handle first-level troubleshooting for infrastructure and applications Be available for on-call duties to visit the data center when required Ensure the security and integrity of company information systems
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Information Technology or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Administration or Operations (preferred) Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments Experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV) Knowledge of database management and backup systems Certification or prior training in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is a plus Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and trustworthiness — with no criminal record or ongoing legal matters
