DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement sales operationals strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets on the assigned area. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular sales meetings with the sales team area to review progress, discuss challenges and plan next steps, also regularly visit the market to evaluate market share and monitoring about competitors’ activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Obgyn & Midwife through visits according to the call plan in the assigned area. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (outsources). Set performance targets and provide coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Provide ongoing feedback and support to help the team meet their objectives and drive sales growth.
Collect and analyze data on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations to direct superior.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Pharmacy/Agriculture/Biology/Science/Health/Nutrition with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales Medical Manager form pharmaceuticals industry.
Willing to be placed in Medan
