DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct sales activities to identify and create new business opportunities with potential and existing customers. Actively visit customers to understand their needs, address issues, and provide tailored solutions. Work independently to manage your sales pipeline while collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals. Prepare and submit periodic reports detailing sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and new prospects to foster loyalty and repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies and product offerings. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product features, benefits, and applications.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Industrial Automation Engineering, or a related field. Fresh Graduate with internship experience is welcome to apply. Possession of a valid License A (or relevant driving license). Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and instrumentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willing to travel to Medan for work purposes.
