DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage procurement requests, purchase orders, and office supplies to ensure timely availability of resources.
Maintain office records, directories, licenses, invoices, and bills in an organized and up‑to‑date manner.
Oversee facilities management, including air‑conditioning, fire extinguishers, water dispensers, and tenancy agreements.
Coordinate vendor access cards and work permits, and liaise with building management on any issues that arise.
Provide HR support, including staff access cards, forms, filing, and training registrations.
Prepare company profiles, directories, and client communication materials as required.
Deliver reception services by welcoming visitors, answering calls, managing meeting room bookings, and assisting with travel arrangements.
Assist with records management, including storage and retrieval.
Assist with office events, festive setups, and other administrative duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn while contributing to process improvements Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
