DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform payment matching operations, check mandatory payment elements such as payment approval, contract, and acceptance, and check the accuracy and consistency of procurement acceptance documents and invoice registration. Perform data analysis to identify high risk and abnormal items with a proper solution plan. Review business rationality and perform risk control to safeguard company and payment security. Continuous improvement and enhancement on PTP processes and systems. Assist in preparing monthly statement, analysis and report. Provide support to various countries for all finance and business department.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field of study. Good command of PC knowledge (Eg: excel, word, Powerpoint). Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy. Experienced in accounting shared service centre will be added advantage. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or holding relevant residential status. Good team player with ability to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
