Customer Experience Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to the dress code. Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business like greeting. Provide customers with current relevant information about the product. Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back. Sales and Operations Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, store management cover, and other security aspects. Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager, if required. Train new staff on the Point of Sale (POS) operation and be responsible for corrective action at the POS. Ensure compliance with in-store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing to protect the company against any loss related to incorrect pricing. Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions. Meet or exceed weekly sales goals. Store Standards and Maintenance Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness. Perform housekeeping duties as required. Maintain cash wrap cleanliness and attempt to add on to the sale. Provide quality service in the fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner. Offers gift cards and capture customer information in the database.
