DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and assist with financial management, including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting, and project financial management, and help the team achieve the financial targets of the business. Identify planning & forecasting process improvement opportunities and drive implementation to provide timely, accurate information. Perform annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecast and KPI analysis report. Planning and controlling the costs/expenses involved in the business effectively. Involve in the annual budget and mid long-term financial planning Manage the data quality of the regional office, and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Support special projects, ad-hoc analysis, report and plan template solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least a degree in Accounting/ Finance or any equivalent background. Preferably fresh graduate or less than 3 years of relevant experience. Proficient in using common financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methods. Familiar with financial management theory, with financial knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, operating analysis, or expense and cost control Excellent interpersonal, managerial, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment. Fast learner and a good team player. Proficient in MS Office applications like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
