DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure high availability of LAN/WAN networks through performance monitoring and optimization.
Manage and maintain network hardware and software inventory.
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for network issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions promptly.
Commission, decommission, and refresh network devices according to lifecycle and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation.
Continuously improve network-related processes and procedures.
Lead or support network projects and manage vendor relationships.
Evaluate technical solutions to support network enhancements.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for production and operational environments.
REQUIREMENT
3–4 years of experience in network management.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Solid knowledge of IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, and OSPF protocols.
Proficiency with firewalls, core/distribution switches, router configuration, and LAN/WAN administration.
Familiarity with Zscaler, Check Point, and Palo Alto firewalls is an advantage.
