DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide 24/7 rotational standby support (L2), ensuring timely response and adherence to all assigned fault cases and SLA requirements. Troubleshoot network issues, escalating complex cases beyond L1 scope and following through from incident opening to closure with accurate and prompt ticket updates. Perform daily call assignments during office hours, including occasional weekend or after-hours duties as required. Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including hardware checks and inventory management, while supporting operational tasks assigned by the Ops Manager. Maintain and enhance technical competency by obtaining relevant certifications to support key customers and evolving operational needs.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in relevant field Fundamental knowledge of Cisco and Alcatel switches, routers, and wireless technologies. Basic proficiency in network troubleshooting across Layer 2 and Layer 3. Foundational understanding of network security principles and practices. Basic server administration skills in a support or operations environment. Willingness to perform rotational standby duties, after-hours support, and obtain required technical certifications.
