DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage product development from ideation, research, design, and testing to launch. Conduct user and market research, including customer interviews and competitor benchmarking. Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver product solutions. Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch. Coordinate testing processes and collaborate with QA teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management. Lead and guide Product Manager team especially junior and interns.
REQUIREMENT

3–5 years of experience in Product Management (end-to-end product scope). Familiarity with tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, and Miro Experience working in fast-paced environments. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Adaptive, proactive, and practical mindset. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Experience in logistics, SaaS, or AI-related products will be plus point.
