DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and executing strategies for capital markets initiatives with focus on Fixed Income products Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes. Monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities. Managing risk effectively within the capital markets sector. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Preparing and presenting reports on market activities and performance.
REQUIREMENT

A strong understanding of capital markets and financial services operations. Proven experience in client relationship management with institutional clients Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the banking and financial services industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant financial tools and platforms.
