DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and lead the Taiwan Sales organization across On-Premise, Off-Premise (Key Accounts), and Wholesale channels. Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term sales and RTM strategies to achieve volume, value, and market share targets. Manage pricing, trade terms, product mix, and sales forecasts to maximize profitability. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and the General Manager on portfolio strategy, budgets, and business planning. Drive new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and represent the company with key trade partners. Lead talent acquisition, training, and succession planning to develop a high-performing sales team. Monitor business performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
REQUIREMENT

10+ years of progressive sales management experience, with proven success in P&L and people leadership. Strong track record in spirits or FMCG industry, with deep knowledge of the Taiwan market. Multi-channel expertise, including Key Account management, On-Trade, and Wholesale. Experience in sales operations, planning, and analytics is a plus. Strategic, result-driven, and able to operate effectively at both execution and leadership levels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English.
