DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement HRGA strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals. Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture. Oversee payroll process in coordination with Finance/Accounting Department. Provide guidance and support to management regarding workforce planning and organizational development. Prepare and monitor HR budgets and cost control. Supervise HR staff and ensure effective team performance.
REQUIREMENT

Graduated min. from Bachelor Degree Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing industry. Proficiency in English (oral and written). Certification in Human Resource Management is an advantage. Computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems). Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
