REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably in the insurance industry Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, able to speak Mandarin is a plus Proactive, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
