DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in any major. 1+ year of experience in Customer Service/Frontliner (Fintech, Banking, or E-commerce preferred). Excellent communication, polite, friendly, and professional appearance. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus. Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and a good team player. Strong administrative, reporting, and time-management skills. Willing to work shifts, Saturdays, and be placed in the Kemang office.
