DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the purchasing and importation of goods from overseas suppliers, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, logistics and company policies. Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms comply with relevant regulations, tariffs, and trade laws. Supervising import administration for making Purchase Order to import products from overseas Suppliers, Import Tax etc. Purchase local products for Branch Offices and advising ETA, ETD, and handling PPJK and clearance etc. As the purchase price requested by users (Product Managers etc) usually the margins are thins and prices fluctuate, must have skills how to negotiate to suppliers/principals to find the lowest price / COGS HPP. Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Executive (users) to trouble shoot purchasing and supplier problems. Reduce import costs, including freight, customs duties, and other expenses. Perform due diligence check on new suppliers when it is required to do so. Gathering and compiling necessary documentation and information required for AEO Certification applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Communication with government ministry related with all customs licenses to the updated regulations, customs audit, site audits. TKDN Process & PPJK Certification. Develop and maintain relationships with customs authorities to ensure alignment with AEO program requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with AEO program non-compliance and customs clearance operations. Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping related to AEO compliance.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business, marketing, logistic, supply chain management or any related field. Addition certifications in customs compliance, supply chain management, AEO / PPJK, export import, warehouse, logistics may be beneficial. Min. 8 years working experience as an Import, Purchasing & AEO Assistant Manager and/or Logistics, Export/ Import, Supply Chain, Warehouse Assistant Manager, etc. Having experience in purchasing/importing and handling chemical ingredients such as food & beverage, bakery, water treatment, pharmaceutical & cosmetics etc. would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import procedures, and logistics operations. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. A good leadership plays an important role in this position. Adept with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc). Fluent knowledge of English verbally and in writing. Can speak/write Mandarin would be an advantage. Having certificate of Ahli Kepabeanan/PPJK/AEO would be preferred. Integrity, honest, credible, good cooperation and collaboration with other staff.
