DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing application development, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and delivering projects on schedule. You will work closely with other departments to understand and address IT needs, while also supervising and guiding your team to achieve the best outcomes. A key part of this role involves identifying opportunities for improvement, proposing strategic solutions, and recommending innovative tools, systems, and software. You will also be expected to drive research and development initiatives, create and maintain IT system architectures aligned with company objectives, and evaluate alternative architectures in terms of cost, performance, and scalability.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing and implementing successful application development projects. You must demonstrate strong ownership, the ability to make technical decisions, and proven leadership in IT architecture. Fluency in English is essential, and TOGAF certification will be considered an advantage.
