Finance Develop and execute financial strategy to support business growth and profitability. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Accounting Lead and supervise all accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with local and international standards. Implement and monitor effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Tax Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, reporting, and filing requirements. Oversee tax planning, risk management, and advisory to optimize tax efficiency. Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants to resolve issues and manage audits. Keep updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the business. Leadership & Collaboration Build, mentor, and lead a strong Finance, Accounting & Tax team. Partner with cross-functional leaders (Operations, Commercial, HR, Legal, etc.) to align financial strategies with business priorities. Present financial performance and insights to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
