Define trade activity to support the sales team in achieving the sales objective efficiently
Mapping the market investment needs based on internal and external data analysis.
Assist in developing trade marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's overall marketing and sales
objectives.
Ensuring the channel margin improvement through Effective and Efficiency trade investment.
Lead in planning and executing in-store merchandising and promotional activities.
Develop and execute trade promotion programs to drive sales and meet sales targets, and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and recommend the improvements.
Ensure brand visibility, product placement, and the effectiveness of in-store marketing materials.
Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide insights to support trade marketing decision-making.
Analyze customer segmentation, behavior, and preferences to inform targeted marketing and sales efforts.
Assess product performance and recommend adjustments or product development based on data insights.
Manage the trade marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Prepare reports on trade marketing performance, sales metrics, and ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and provide the insight and learning based on robust internal and external data analysis.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree of Management/Business/Marketing
Have min 5 years experience as Trade Marketing Manager in FMCG with strong communication skill and analytical thinking with numbers
Proven experience in both brand and trade marketing fields with driving product demand & sales retail
Have a strong analytical thinking to plan and evaluate program in MT & GT to optimalize promotion budget
Able to optimize product presentation, promotions, and merchandising in retail channels; brand visibility and positions products for success in the highly competitive retail
Good knowledge of channel management, account & relationship management, merchandising & in store marketing
Proficient in using analytical tools & techniques such as Excel and othe program
Having a track record of successful campaign in MT and GT channel
