DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Sourcing and Screening: Help to do resume sourcing and screening to identify qualified applicants 2. Help recruiter to scheduling interviews, follow-up recruitment progress, and also do brief-call for some positions. 3. Maintain and update the dashboard with candidate information. Help with the preparation of recruitment reports and other administrative duties as needed. 4. Support the team in research and sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping to create content for social media and other platforms
REQUIREMENT

1. Currently in the final year or Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource, Psychology, or related field. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Ms. Office and Google sheet. 5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 6. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving 7. High interest of human resources and recruitment fields.
