DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Review and monitoring service quality of FTTH network to maintain and improve network quality. Maintain Customer FTTH Improvement until process done Manage and Control Internal FTTH Audit Implementation (RSL) Manage and Control External FTTH Audit and Improvement (Vendor) Analysis long aging TT and follow up for improvement Analysis FAT issues and follow up for improvement and implementation solutions New Installation and maintenance IKR performance reconciliation with all vendor Analysis fastcon issues, improvements and follow up implementation solutions Analysis ONT issues, propose improvements and follow up implementation solutions
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s in information technology and/or related industries from reputable university Having experience in the same position for at least 4-5 years Deep knowledge of Fiber Networks (OSP) (ISP) In-depth understanding of FTTH network internal process Understanding Routing and Switching Technology (RIP, IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS) Good analytical and presentation skills (can transform data into a logical story) Proficient in English (verbal & written).
