DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the finance team Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of annual financial statements Implementing and maintaining robust financial controls and procedures Analysing financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency Collaborating with other department heads to align financial strategies with the company's overall business objectives Providing the company's budgeting and forecasting processes Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards Managing and developing the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the water utility or related industry Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to mentor and develop finance professionals
