Minimum 8 years of experience in IT application support, with a strong background in managing a team of support professionals Proven track record of leading the successful delivery of IT application support services, including incident management, problem-solving, and change management Excellent technical knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including their architecture, integration, and support requirements Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
