DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IS Application Support team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely resolution of issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT Infrastructure and Business Analysts, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT services Develop and implement effective support strategies, including incident management, problem-solving, and change management procedures Monitor application performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to maintain system availability and reliability Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing their expectations and providing regular updates on application support activities Contribute to the long-term IT strategy and roadmap, aligning application support initiatives with the company's overall business objectives
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT application support, with a strong background in managing a team of support professionals Proven track record of leading the successful delivery of IT application support services, including incident management, problem-solving, and change management Excellent technical knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including their architecture, integration, and support requirements Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
