DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Performs recruitment and selection as manpower request.
- Conducts interviews, skill assessments, and psychological tests of potential candidates or existing employees.
- Fulfills and places competent human resources in every available position needed.
- Provide employee onboarding to the new recruited employees.
- Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in every work activity.
- Socialize and supervise the implementation of company regulations and policies for employees.
- Develops HSE procedures based on the work safety standards and company's vision.
- Coordinates with division heads and supervisors to evaluate periodic employee performance.
- Provides periodic employee training programs.
- Coordinates and evaluates internal or external training procedures.
- Conducts occasional group or individual meetings with employees to evaluate work conditions and employee welfare.
- Prevents and resolves legal/social problems that arise.
REQUIREMENT
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Human Resources or Recruitment preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Can lead recruitment process and has experience with psychological testing tools.
- Good knowledge in Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Basic English is required.
- Proactive, caring, energetic, and has good communication skills.
