DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analysing financial data and preparing detailed reports to support business strategies. Monitoring hotel performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with relevant departments. Conducting cost analysis to optimise operations and profitability. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Presenting financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Supporting the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes. Evaluating investment opportunities and preparing feasibility studies.
REQUIREMENT

At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field. 3-5 years of experience with a background in Hotels and/or Property Proven skills in financial analysis and reporting. Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes. Good communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
