DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and executing organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives. Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention across all levels. Creating frameworks for competency development and career progression. Collaborating with department heads to identify and address skill gaps. Designing and implementing leadership development programmes. Monitoring and analyzing organizational performance metrics to propose improvements. Managing change management strategies to support organizational transitions. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and industry best practices
REQUIREMENT

A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in organizational development or talent management, prior consulting experience of involvement in large-scale OD exposure is a huge plus. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset. Knowledge of change management methodologies and HR best practices. Ability to design and deliver impactful training and development programs.
