DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide ICT support to users under Asia Regional Hub Contact point for all ICT inquiries from users Support in fulfilling user requests Incident Response ICT related failures and maintenance response Contribute to improving user support by actively responding to inquiries and handling requests Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis Creation of ICT educational contents and providing training to users Ensures compliance with policies & procedures Establish best practices through the entire support process Develop weekly and monthly reports on the team’s productivity Maintenance of the company's Group common platform Support of the company's Group common platform consisting of Microsoft365 applications (Outlook/SharePoint/OneDrive/Office/etc) Devices Management (PC/iPhone/iPad/MFP) Procurement of ICT devices and equipment (PC/iPhone/iPad/Others) Singapore Site infrastructure management (Base networks, video conferencing systems, etc.) Site network management Videoconferencing system management Other office IT (Entrance management, CCTV, conference facilities, etc.) Support events & activities as a part of organization (BOD, JEM, etc)
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT related Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in ICT related positions in the following capacity: 4 years of experience in office automation (Support office IT infrastructure such as Microsoft365, PC, iPhone, multifunction machines, and base network) 4 years of experience in service desk and other ICT user support (More than 200 employees with experience supporting multiple sites.) Good to have - at least 2 years of experience at regional headquarters of a global company Experience with ICT procurement processes and vendor management To be able to propose appropriate ICT solutions and methodologies based on business needs Knowledge of relevant ICT service management practices and frameworks Experience using ServiceNow Ticketing system Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude Good to have - Qualifications in ICT (Project management, security, ITIL, network, etc.)
