DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Communicate directly with buyers for product development and sampling
Prepare and monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) and cost breakdowns
Coordinate proto, size set, and pre-production samples
Ensure product quality and compliance with buyer requirements
Lead PPM (Pre-Production Meeting) and conduct risk assessments
Make summary of the orders -> Draft PO for material purchase -> Make sure all materials are purchased in timely manner and arriving at fty to secure production schedule.
Ensure smooth communication with PPIC
Monitor production timeline and handle final inspection
Manage documentation and ensure timely shipping
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising (preferably in the garment or bag industry)
Fluent English – both written and spoken
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Positive attitude and team spirit
