DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the end-to-end implementation of new IT applications and systems, ensuring a seamless transition for users Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business, and project teams to understand requirements and develop effective implementation strategies Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during the application integration and deployment process Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and deliver user training sessions Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement Maintain detailed documentation and project records to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
REQUIREMENT

Substantial experience 5 years in IT application implementation, preferably experience in handling WMS, TMS, and Freight System Proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-level applications and systems Strong technical skills and understanding of various IT architectures, platforms, and integration methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language Hands-on experience in project management, including developing and executing implementation plans Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and process improvement Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed Willing to work to mobile according to the project or when the user needs Application support.
