DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide presales support for DLP, data backup, and system application solutions. Implement and support system, security, and network solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution. Manage and follow up on daily operational tasks. Support tender submissions with technical proposals and compliance checks. Conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing for proposed solutions. Assess and test new security and network products. Collaborate with clients and partners to deliver effective IT solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Knowledge in cybersecurity across Windows/Linux, AD, and cloud platforms. Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of networking and databases. Self-driven, quick learner, and positive attitude.
