DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze product performance and suggest restock, markdowns, or phase-out actions. Monitoring stock movements and ensure the availability of product stock. Generate weekly/monthly reports (sell-through, stock aging, fast/slow movers). Rotate stock of goods to support store sales. Analyze the market and recommend products to be included in the purchase plan.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree any major. ⁠Good understanding in English, speaking and writing. Preferably experienced in handling large volumes of SKUs in merchandising. Minimum 2 years experience in the same field Merchandising/Buyer/Purchasing/Category Management. Good understanding of customer behavior and retail market trends. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Vlookup, pivot tables, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passionate about watches products.
