DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design and maintain IAM processes (e.g., joiner, mover, leaver workflows) Support the development of a role-based access control model Assess and document new access requirements and improvements Coordinate external support for IAM-related initiatives Provide Level 2/3 support to ensure 24x7 system stability Collaborate with IT teams to enhance performance and minimize downtime Conduct user training and maintain clear documentation Partner with other departments on process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field At least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management Strong team player with excellent communication skills Proficient in English (spoken and written) Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus
