DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and selling strategies Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools Adaptability to quickly respond to changing market conditions and customer needs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
