DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in the execution of Marketing activities Maintain strong relations with customers and principals Build positive and lasting relationships with customers through effective communication Design and implement customer satisfaction surveys Analyze survey results to identify areas of improvement Able to work under pressure and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments. Perform other duties as assigned by superior related to administration activities
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Relations & Marketing Preferably from the automotive/luxury industries Minimum Bachelor's degree from a relevant major Individual contributor with strong project management and execution skills/experience Good communication and presentable Proficient in English
