DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1.Designs IP network cutover, formulates operation solutions, and implements network changes.
2.Monitors the status of network changes, handles faults, and discovers root causes.
3.Communicate with customers and third parties about IP network solutions, task breakdown, and engineering progress.
4.Communicate with other service units, such as the wireless network and core network, about their IP communication requirements, and form a configuration solution.
5.Provide regular internal and external progress reports and presentation.
6.Coordinate between local partner's project organizations, production line, engineering delivery groups and the customer.
7.Perform other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on direct manager request.
8.Share the experience to all team members, training team members and subcon.
9.Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
REQUIREMENT
1.English languages
2.3+ Year experience
3.Experience in IP technical design, maintenance, and troubleshooting in ISP.
4.Experience in CCNP certificate or equivalent capability
5.Accept work in early morning (0:00-5:00 am) ,rest in the morning (8:00am-2:00pm)
6.Accept arrangement bussiness trip to region central Java, east Java, north Sumatra, Kalimantan or Sulawesi
