Responsible for the day-to-day sales and productivity.
Identifying and Onboarding buyers on daily basis
Monitor, track, analyze the sales performance and act accordingly on the real-time basis
Handling escalated customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Realtime Collaborate with logistic for the order successfully.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential B2B clients, analyzing their market position, and evaluating sales options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners by providing support, information, and guidance.
Research and recommend new business opportunities to enhance sales and profitability.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify potential product improvements or new product opportunities.
Promote and advise on upcoming product developments and special promotions to clients.
Coordinate with the CRM and Warehouse teams to monitor stock availability and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Analyze sales performance and work with the team to develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Provide accurate market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
This role will be responsible for covering the East Indonesia region, ensuring business growth and market expansion in this area.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or any Retail Industry.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail/ grossir sales management, preferably in textile industry
Strong communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, Mandarin is an advantage.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
Willing to travel for business needs and must possess own transportation with a valid driving license.
Preferably based in East Indonesia or willing to travel extensively within the region
