DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop suitable suppliers both international and local, based on the company's demand categories
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipments
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, process, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to warehouse on schedule.
Checking all supported documents such as packing list, B/L, AWB, insurance, etc from suppliers.
Liaise with shipping agents and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery and clearance of goods.
Calculate import duties and taxes in accordance with Indonesian Customs regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Research and stay updated on changes to Indonesian Customs regulations and procedures.
According to the system procurement requirements, Track the execution of purchase orders until they are completed for storage
Coordinate the requirements of various projects
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree from any major are welcome
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both English and Mandarin is s must
Having min 5 year experience in the same field
Having knowledge about import regulations
Excellent communication skills with mature outgoing personality
