Community Relations: Lead initiatives to build and nurture relationships with global outdoor communities, influencers, partners, and organizations to amplify brand engagement.
Event Management: Plan and execute events, activations, and experiences that inspire and connect with our audience while promoting EIGER’s products and values.
Global Strategy Development: Design and implement global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, community growth, and sales performance across diverse regions.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of impactful campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with outdoor enthusiasts globally.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand global market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies, using insights to inform marketing initiatives.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect EIGER’s commitment to adventure, quality, and sustainability.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a leader in marketing, community relations, or event management, preferably in the outdoor or retail industry.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across regions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with communities.
Knowledge of outdoor activities and a strong appreciation for the outdoor lifestyle.
Willingness to travel and participate in events globally.
