DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for overall management of the HR Department. Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling and disciplinary issues. Work with the Global/Regional office to support the implementation of Global/Regional HR programs/training/ assignments in the company. Responsible for all HR activities and make sure that all company regulations/policies to be in line with Government Regulations. Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes. Providing HR report to the Management including report to the government authorities. Developing and managing effective communication with employees and with external parties such as related authorities, HR vendors etc. Any other HR-related tasks when required.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Having experience in HR matters, preferably in a PMA company. Has minimum 7 years of experience in the related supervisory position. Good interpersonal & communication skills as well as negotiation and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and detail-oriented. Able to work in a team and under pressure. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory. Main work location: Sunter, North Jakarta.
