DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Facilitate the design of compensation and benefits structures based on employee needs, market labor trends, company budget, and relevant regulations.
2. Facilitate the formulation of job values and job groupings in collaboration with the Organization Development team.
3. Develop programs to implement reward systems that enhance employee motivation, productivity, and cultural development within the company.
4. Review and monitor external developments to ensure that the company’s reward, compensation, and benefits structures remain competitive, aligned with employee needs, and compliant with regulations.
5. Conduct socialization and communication to employees regarding changes in the company's compensation and benefits structures.
6. Manage the company budget related to Employee Compensation and Employee Welfare, from the planning stage at the beginning of the year to monthly monitoring.
7. Organize, integrate, and produce employee-related reports on benefits and appreciation systems to provide an accurate overview of the current employee conditions.
