DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support business decision making through robust financial analysis and deep knowledge of financial operation and expertise to commercial business partner. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with the commercial team and distribution team. Providing financial profitability & analysis to commercial business partner. Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget (LRP, yearly budgeting & LE). Supporting the preparation of management reports. Supporting business partner with review & approving NPD Financial Evaluation. Sharing recommendation on how operational of commercial & distribution team align with IFRS/PSAK. Manage budget & actual discount & product expense spending and provide supporting analysis.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree, preferred S1 in Accounting or Management Experience in SAP finance related system implementation is a must and experience in Power BI & Dashboard Reporting as an advantage. Possess knowledge about the financial cycle and its surrounding operations. Demonstrate knowledge of windows applications such MS Excel VBA, MS power point Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous. Able to work under tight deadline
