DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage day-to-day HR administration (annual leave, exit office permit, etc.), prepare necessary letters, and distribute them. Prepare interview schedules, conduct candidate background checks, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and HR policies. Promote employee relations and well-being initiatives. Coordinate housing and travel arrangements for expatriate employees. Prepare budgets for HR activities and coordinate with the Finance Department.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, or a related field. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Minimum 1 year of professional experience in human resources or human capital management. Strong knowledge of HR-related government regulations. Experience in budget preparation and reporting. Preferred: Experience in training facilitation.
