DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop performance for accounts and DB, fostering strong relationships with key account stakeholders, with a primary focus on the Nat SPM channel and medical buyers in designated areas. Resolve issues and complaints from key accounts, specifically within the MTI Medan - Aceh region. Oversee sales and fundamental performance, including sell-in and sell-out achievements, service levels for customers, assortment compliance, in-store execution, and brand activity implementation. Anticipate and adapt to changes and improvements in MTI strategies. Maintain strong partnerships with the distributor’s head office and branch teams, ensuring accurate stock forecasting, balanced stock portfolios, and efficient claim or expense settlements.
REQUIREMENT

Has minimum 3 years of working experience as Sales Operational Position Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent. Has experience handling TTA and DB Sales and result oriented with the ability to manage budget Good in communication and negotiation skills. Good passion in sales field Good leadership and analytical thinking Hard worker, challenging and strong in the field
